What a Quiff.

Over the weekend there was a significant look among the beautiful people I wandered by in the streets. This look did not discriminate in any way shape or form. It was as though a memo was received by a selected few,
and for those not selected, involuntarily playing the role of admirer. Gazing in awe at the stiffness, height, volume and colours being displayed on their heads.

This look has been around for decades, nonetheless the Quiff always brings a sense of flair and sophistication.
